Auch Capella hat ein Sweetener auf Basis von Sucralose. Auch hier gilt: Sweetener ist sehr konzentriert, so dass nur kleine Mengen nötig sind, um Aromen zu ergänzen, denen es an Süße fehlt.

Hinweis: Bei Kälte können sich Kristalle bilden - das ist normal und kann durch leichte Erwärmung wieder aufgelöst werden.

sehr zuckerähnlich

"Super Sweet" ist perfekt für Getränke. Ich süße damit meinen Eistee. Geschmacklich ist "Super Sweet" sehr nah an Zucker. Da das Aroma auf Wasserbasis mit zugesetzten Säuren hergestellt wird, empfehle ich es nicht zum Dampfen. Es killt die Coils recht schnell und es gibt ja die "Sucralose-Diskussion". Ich habe es auch jahrelang in meinen Liquids verwendet, aber "Capella Extra Sweet" ist besser zum Dampfen, aber nicht ganz so zuckerähnlich.

Sehr gut.

Für mein Empfinden der stärkste Sweetener, den ich bisher probiert habe. Okay, man sollte es vielleicht nicht zum Backen nutzen, aber zum süßen von Flüssigkeiten hervorragend. 4 Tropfen auf 250ml Tee oder Kaffee. Früher auch gerne für Liquids genutzt. Da reichten 2 Tropfen pro 10 ml ;) Cheers.
