Man kann es zum Verfeinern nutzen

Im Vergleich zu Molasses von Wonderflavour ist dieses Aroma weniger potent, es fehlt mir auch etwas dieser runde, warme Geschmack von "Rübenkraut". Dennoch lässt es sich ganz vernünftig zum abrunden eigener Kompositionen (besonders im Zusammenhang mit Cognac-Bitterschokolade) verwenden.
