Feines Aroma

Mit 5% in 50/50 Base sehr leckere Banane mit 'irgendwas ' im Hintergrund.
Das 'irgendwas' ist,glaube ich, ein leichtes Backaroma, könnte auch Keks oder Teig oder eben auch Nuss sein.
Wie auch immer-Banana Nut Bread ist richtig schön süß,sehr lecker und eine echte Empfehlung.
Schmeckt und harmoniert übrigens hervorragend mit einem kleinen Rest Erdbeerliquid im Rank.

Nicht zum dampfen geeignet

Zum verdampfen empfinde ich dieses Aroma ungeeignet. Es schmeckt total süß und künstlich. Ich habe Mischungen von 2% bis 10% ausprobiert. Am ehesten schmeckt man noch Banane raus. das wars dann aber auch schon.

ABER, als Lebensmittelaroma kann dieses Aroma punkten. Z.B. unter Naturjoghurt gemischt, oder beim Stockbrotteig reingemischt, schmeckt es nach dem was es soll; nämlich Bananen-Nuss-Brot.
