In Zimt-Zucker gerollter Teig, im Ofen ausgebacken ergibt diese herrlich zimtigen Kekse - im englischen auch Snickerdoodle genannt.

Zu lange im Backrohr

Fazit diesmal zuerst: Verhaut!
Habe dieses Aroma mit sehr viel Geduld getestet und wirklich zwischendurch lange Reifezeiten eingehalten (insgesamt ca 4 Wochen) und mit 2,5%, 3%, 4%, 5% und 6,5% probiert, bis ich schlussendlich das Handtuch und auch das Aroma geworfen habe.
Cinnemon: schwach und dann eher nach Gummi schmeckend.
Sugar: na ja, Süß ist es schon.
Cookie: verbrannt.
Ich mag süße Geschmacksrichtungen sehr gerne, aber dieses Aroma ist mir leider keinen Stern wert.

Mit zimtnote, sehr dezent.

Die Bezeichnung müsste eher Zucker-Zimt Kekse lauten,denn es ist eher ein süsses etwas wo der Zimtgeschmack leider auf der Strecke blieb.Denke aber es eignet sich zum süssen von Liquids ganz gut.
Ich hatte es mit 5% in einer Traditionellen Base angesetzt und eine Woche reifen lassen
