Beste Schokolade bisher

Mittlerweile habe ich viele Schokoladenaromen probiert, diese hier ist immer noch die aromatischste. Kaum Süße, nicht wirklich bitter, kommt aber recht gut an Zartbitter heran.
Schokolade ist wie Kaffee eines der Aromen das man kaum naturgetreu nachahmen kann da weit über 100 Stoffe am original Aroma beteiligt sind. Aber dafür ist dieses echt gut.

Schockolade... die Königsklasse unter den Aromen

Schockolade kann man nicht als Aroma nachahmen, das musste ich schon x-mal feststellen. Zwar schmeckt es nach Schockolade, in diesem falle nach dunkler zartbitter, aber nicht intensiv genug. Und es fehlt an süsse.
Ich wollte dieses Aroma eigentlich gar nie bewerten... aber irgendwie gibts einfach keine guten Schockolade Aromen.

Wer es zum mischen mit anderen Aroma brauchen möchte, kann zugreiffen.
Zu empfehlen in Zusammenhang mit Caramel und Sahne Aromen. Kann aber je nachdem auch in kombination mit Kaffe und Tabakaromen funktionieren.
