Ok, aber nichts besonderes / Ok but nothing special

Was die Citronensäure bei Lebensmitteln ist. Natürlich nicht so sauer wie Sachen zum Schlucken.
Meine Einschätzung der maximal möglichen Konzentration:
ca. ~20%.

What the citric acid is in foodstuff. Not as sour as things you swallow, of course.
My estimation of the maximum possible concentration:
around ~20%.

Vielen Dank für die Bewertung! Das kann auch an der Dosierung liegen. FlavourArt werden in der Regel mit 3-5% angemischt, wobei Sour Wizard eher eine Zutat ist und weniger ein eigenständiges Aroma.
