Ein kleiner Geheimtipp ist diese Schwarze Johanisbeere: fruchtig-süß, gleichzeitig wie die Frucht sauer mit einer leicht herber Note. Sehr authentisch und lecker. Auch in Kombination mit anderen Beeren und natürlich auch mit cremigen und süßen Aromen lassen sich hier viele leckere Kreationen entwerfen.
