Bergamotte (Bergamot)

Anders als Zitronen oder Orangen wird die Bergamotte nicht als Obst gegessen, sondern zur Gewinnung der sauer-bitteren Duftstoffe angebaut. Neben der Parfümindustrie werden diese unter anderem zur Aromatisierung von Earl-Grey-Tee oder zur Herstellung von Marmelade in der Lebensmittelindustrie verwendet.

FlavourArt trifft den saueren, bitteren Geschmack der Bergamotte, wie man ihn vom Earl-Grey-Tee kennt, ausgesprochen gut. Das verwundert aber auch nicht, schließlich ist Italien Hauptanbaugebiet der Bergamotte.

guter Geschmack

Nach kurzer Reifezeit stellt sich schon ein angenehmer Geschamk ein. Ich habe es 4 prozentig gemischt. Werde es beim nächsten mal mit 6% versuchen.
