Marzipan

Süßwaren aus Marzipan gibt es in vielen Formen und Farben. Die Grundzutaten sind dabei immer gleich: Mandeln und Zucker. Marzipan von FlavourArt hat einen wunderbar nussigen, süßen Geschmack, wobei die cremige, weiche Konsistenz von Marzipan gut zur Geltung kommt.

Besonders interessant ist dieses Aroma auch bei Mischungen von Backaromen: sehr niedrig dosiert gibt der nussige, volle Grundton Aromen wie zB. Apfelkuchen von FlavourArt einen besonders runden und intensiven Geschmack.

geht so

Schwache Vorstellung, Leute.
Habe dieses Aroma mit knapp 8% in 70/30 Base angemischt. Hat mich NICHT überzeugt. Schwacher Geschmack, dafür relativ teuer. Da ist noch Luft nach oben

Schulnote Befriedigend

Finde den Geschmack ok aber nicht wirklich den Brüller. Schwach dosiert. Schmecke hier erst ab mindestens 3% aufwärts in Mischungen etwas. Wenn Marzipan in Rezepten vorkommt kann man es gut benutzen, wenn man Kuchen süssen will ohne Sweetener zu nehmen, sind andere Sachen besser, z,B. Meringue.
