Dosiert man vorsichtig, erhält man mit diesem Honig einen leckeren, nicht übermäßig süßen Geschmack, der das zähflüssige, gelbe Original sehr gut trifft. 

Hinweis: dieses Aroma ist sehr intensiv - 1% ist ein gutes Ausgangspunkt! In Mischungen mit anderen Geschmäckern sollte sogar deutlich darunter dosiert werden, da der Honig sonst alles überlagert.

Geschmack: cremig, süß

Warmer Honig mit zu wenig Süße.
Meine Einschätzung der maximal möglichen Konzentration:
ca. ~15%.

Warm honey with too little sweetness.
