Italienisches Dessert

Man mag es, oder aber man mag es eben nicht.
Meine Frau, sizilianerin, schmeckt es. SIe konnte mir aber auch nicht sagen was genau in Zabaglione ist. :D
Für mich kommt es an ehesten an gebrannte Creme heran... mit einem Schuss Rum. Die Alkoholnote ist auf jedenfall gut wahrnehmbar. Vorallem beim dran schnuppern.
Ich bin nicht so der süssspeisen Mensch, meine Frau aber sagt es sei gut. Für mich ist es okay. daher gebe ich hier ne 6-7 vom 10.

Angemischt mit 5%.
